Collection & Disclosure of Personal Information

We, China Access International (The Company) collect the Client information to assess this service and, if it is successful, to administer the service(s) the Client obtain. The Company will keep all information pertaining to the client account at the place private and confidential.

The Company may also disclose the Client information if authorised or mandated by law. The information may be disclosed to other parties where necessary, expedient or if required under any regulation or legislation. Collection, maintenance and disclosure of certain information is governed by legislation including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Corporations Act 2001. Clients can contact the Company to update their information.

The Company may need to disclose your information to our affiliates, designated agents, organisations that carry out functions on our behalf, professional advisors, and organisations involved in the service arrangements and relevant government authorities. If the Company disclose the Client information to the Company affiliates and other entities that provide services to the Client on the Company behalf, as part of that the Client information may be transferred outside Australia.

The Company does not disclose the client information it collects to third parties for the purposes of allowing them to direct market their products or services. If any part of the information is not provided, the Company may not be able to assess the Client request or properly administer the services. The Client must understand that the Client will be automatically enrolled in the Company database. The Company may for the purpose of the database disclose the Client information to such persons or entities conducting the customer relation and service improvement programme.

Recording of Email & Online Enquiry

We will only record your email address if you send us a message or input this data yourself. Your email address will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided and will not be added to a mailing list unless that is the purpose of your message. We will not use your email address for any other purpose, and not disclose it without your consent. We do not distribute any of this information outside of The Company web site management and content providers. The staff who operate this site are subject to the Australian Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.
